This LED TV set is warranted against any defect arising out of faulty or defective material or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. The warranty shall be confined only to the first purchaser of the TV set. The warranty does not cover the damage of the TV set due to accidental damage or any natural calamity, like thunder, flood storm, lightning, and any type of high voltage surges from either mains input or through cable connection wire. This Warranty does not cover any parts of the TV set which are subjected to misuse, negligence, accident, or improper installation. Further, this warranty does not cover any TV set which may have been tampered with, altered, or serviced by unauthorized agencies. The warranty does not apply when the original serial number is removed, obliterated, or altered from the TV and defects due to cause beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage acts of God, or while in transit to the service center or purchasers residence. The warranty does not cover any external accessories (Such as Battery, Remote, Cable, Carrying Bag, etc.) mentioned in the operating instruction manual supplied with this product or any cosmetic parts.
